Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Dallas/Fort Worth operations with full responsibility for sales, operations, safety, and profitability. This role drives revenue growth, ensures safe and efficient project execution, and builds a high-performing team in a fast-paced, jobsite-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch teams across sales, operations, yard, and field crews
• Drive revenue growth through strong customer relationships and market expansion
• Oversee all scaffold operations (scheduling, labor, logistics, project execution)
• Manage full P&L, including margins, productivity, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Maintain equipment utilization, inventory accuracy, and yard efficiency
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership experience in scaffolding, construction, industrial services, or equipment rental
• Proven ability to manage branch operations and P&L
• Strong understanding of jobsite operations, labor productivity, and project execution
• Experience working with contractors and industrial clients
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
